New Patients

Your First Visit

We set aside about an hour for a first appointment so nothing feels rushed. Here is what happens:

  • We listen first. Before we examine anything, we ask about your dental history, any pain or concerns, and what you would like to change about your smile.
  • A full examination. We check your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw, and take digital X-rays where they are needed for diagnosis.
  • Oral cancer screening. A quick, painless check of your mouth, tongue, and throat β€” included in every exam.
  • A clear plan. We explain what we found in plain language, outline your options, and give you written costs before any treatment is scheduled.

Please note: a first visit covers examination and X-rays. If you would like a cleaning at the same appointment, mention it when you book and we will allow the extra time.

What to Bring

  • Photo identification
  • Your dental insurance card, if you have coverage
  • A list of any medications you currently take
  • Details of relevant medical conditions, or your physician's contact information
  • Any X-rays taken elsewhere within the last year

Arriving ten minutes early gives you time to complete paperwork without eating into your appointment.

Insurance & Payment

Paying for Your Care

We work with most major dental insurance plans, and our team will help you understand your benefits and get the most from them. Coverage varies a great deal between plans, so the surest way to know what you are entitled to is to call us with your plan details β€” we will verify your specific coverage before you come in.

No insurance? You do not need it to be treated here. We offer flexible payment options, including financing that spreads larger treatment costs over manageable monthly amounts.

Whatever your situation, you will always receive written costs before treatment begins. We do not start work you have not agreed to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. We are welcoming new patients of all ages, and new patients can book a comprehensive exam and X-rays for $129. Call (603) 888-8100 or use our contact form to get started.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, a list of any medications you take, and details of any relevant medical conditions. If you have had X-rays taken elsewhere in the last year, ask that office to forward them so we do not repeat them unnecessarily.

How long does a first visit take?

Plan for about an hour. That gives us time for a full examination, any X-rays we need, an oral cancer screening, and an unhurried conversation about your goals and any treatment we recommend.

Do you take my insurance?

We work with most major dental insurance plans and our team will help you understand and make the most of your benefits. Because plans vary considerably, please call us with your plan details and we will verify your specific coverage before your visit.

What if I do not have dental insurance?

You do not need insurance to be treated here. We offer flexible payment options and financing that spreads treatment costs over time, and we can tell you the cost of any treatment in writing before you commit to it.

Do you see children?

Yes. We are a family practice and treat patients of all ages, including young children. We take the time to make early visits calm and positive, because a good first experience shapes how a child feels about the dentist for life.

What do I do in a dental emergency?

Call us at (603) 888-8100 as early in the day as you can, and we will do our best to see you the same day. We are open seven days a week. If a permanent tooth has been knocked out, keep it moist in milk or saliva and contact us immediately.

How often should I have a checkup?

Most patients should be seen every six months. If you have gum disease, a high risk of decay, or other specific concerns, we may recommend more frequent visits and will explain why.
